Steve Carell is reportedly attached to both produce and star in a brand-new comedy series for WB and HBO. Producer-writers Bill Lawrence and Matt Tarses are the creators of the series. The official synopsis of the series is as follows: “A one-camera comedy focused on the complex relationship between an author and his daughter, set on a college campus.”
According to Lawrence, “HBO has long been a standard bearer of quality TV.” For Matt and myself, performing a show there with Steve Carell is already a career high point. Nothing can go wrong at this point.

As previously said, Carell is most recognised for his tenure on “The Office.” He has also starred in TV shows like “Space Force,” “The Morning Show,” and “The Patient” in recent years. Most likely, Lawrence is most recognised for his work on the popular Apple TV+ series “Ted Lasso.” Tarses has worked with Lawrence for a long time and is one of the producers of “Bad Monkey.”
